Groundcare Hire Solutions parts of Russell’s (Kirbymoorside) limited are a leading groundcare and machinery hire company supplying a wide range of professional equipment throughout the UK. Our hire fleet includes ride-on mowers, compact tractors, turf care machinery, and specialist groundcare equipment used by contractors, local authorities, golf courses, and sports facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage hire agreements for groundcare equipment, including ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, compact tractors, and turf machinery
- Schedule hire deliveries, collections, and off-hires in coordination with workshop and transport teams
- Ensure equipment availability, condition status, and hire durations are accurately recorded
- Liaise with customers regarding hire terms, extensions, damage, and returns
- Raise hire invoices and ensure correct pricing, and damage charges are applied
- Maintain accurate records of hired equipment, including serial numbers and usage
- Support compliance with safety, operating instructions, and hire conditions
- Produce hire reports and assist with stock and utilisation tracking
This role is 40 hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Further overtime opportunities will be available.
