Aftersales Service

We are continually investing in training and specialist tools in cooperation with all of the machinery brands and parts suppliers we represent. This ensures our service departments throughout all of our depots are able to provide you with the most professional, knowledgeable and efficient service.

All of our parts and service teams work from modern state of the art workshops and fully equipped service vehicles. Our service technicians are factory trained in advanced diagnostics and have access to the latest diagnostic tools, technology, and software.

This enables our technicians to locate, and fix faults quickly, and improve your machine’s productivity to keep long-term running costs, and depreciation to a minimum.

Aftersales Parts

Our Parts Departments have established a reputation for knowledge, professional and friendly service, excellent availability and value.

Our dedicated teams from all of our agricultural and groundcare depots can provide you with helpful and up-to-date advice all year around. Our parts teams also have decades of experience and will go out their way to help you minimise down time.

We carry an extensive inventory of New Holland, Pottinger, Vaderstad, McHale and McConnel parts and many other items for the 150+ brands we’re agents for. Our aim is to have you back in the field as quickly as possible.

Our groundcare depots situated in Gilberdyke (near Hull) and Rotherham hold huge stocks of Kubota, Toro and Stihl spare parts along with a vast array of courtesy machines. This allows us to keep your equipment running efficiently, and successfully and also enables us carry out any necessary repairs so breakdowns don’t cause any inconvenience to your business.

Our showrooms are packed with consumables, lubricants and oils plus a full range of batteries, tools, boots, clothing and seasonal products. We also carry a wide range of hydraulic fittings we’re able to make hydraulic hoses to your specific requirements at all of our depots.
