Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Mobile Service Technician to support our nationwide customer base.

The Mobile Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role covering customer sites across various regions throughout the UK. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for the compliance, servicing, and maintenance of professional groundcare equipment, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and providing product familiarisation to customers. Additional responsibilities include documenting service activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in groundcare equipment maintenance and repair, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to provide product familiarisation to customers.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the groundcare industry is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications or technical qualifications.
  • Knowledge of IT, and software packages.
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
