Self-Billing Agreement

In line with HMRC regulations in order for us to issue self-billing invoices on your behalf for any second-hand machinery traded back, we will require you to annually complete and return the agreement below.

This is an agreement to a self-billing procedure between

Customer Name: Russells (Kirbymoorside) Ltd VAT Number: GB 137 1404 73

Russells (Kirbymoorside) Ltd agrees:

• To issue self-billed invoices for all supplies made to them by the self-billed for one year from the date of the agreement.

• To complete self-billed invoices showing the supplier's name, address and VAT registration number, together with all other details which constitute a full VAT invoice.

• To make a new self-billing agreement in the event that their VAT registration number changes.

The supplier agrees:

• To accept invoices raised by the self-biller on their behalf until the anniversary of this agreement.

• Not to raise sales invoices for the transactions covered by the agreement.

• To notify Russells (Kirbymoorside) Ltd immediately if they:

  1. Change their VAT registration number.

  2. Cease to be VAT registered; or

  3. Sell their business, or part of their business.
